This class will be in the Enchanted Garden (weather permitting)

Join us for the first class in the Teen Sprouts Culinary Series! You will learn hands-on techniques for food preparation while gaining an appreciation for diverse cuisines using locally sourced produce from farms around Howard County.

Food fuels the brain and body. Learn the benefits of certain foods, how to create healthy eating habits, and make informed meal choices.
