Take a break, breathe, and find your calm. Join us every Monday for a drop-in session designed just for teens who want a safe, relaxed space to recharge.

Unwind your way:

  • Play board games or puzzles with friends
  • Try your hand at coloring or DIY self-care crafts
  • Explore bibliotherapy and meditation
  • Stretch out with low-impact chair exercises
  • Or simply hang out and enjoy a stress-free vibe

Throughout the year, we’ll also welcome special guests—like therapy dogs and cats—for an extra boost of comfort, plus workshops to keep your mind and body feeling balanced.

No pressure, no prep—just drop in, chill out, and take care of you.
