Teen Time at HCLS East Columbia Branch is an initiative for neighborhood teens that enhances student academics in a fun, welcoming, after-school environment.

This is an in-person class for beginning adult English language learners. It meets weekly in HCLS Central Branch. If you're new to this program, you'll receive an email invitation to take a placement test to determine your level.
