Event Details
Hospitality is an effective form of everyday activism. Learn to create spaces that support people’s varied experiences related to privilege, oppression, and social justice, especially as it relates to the social construct of race. You will be given tools to host and facilitate meaningful gatherings to bridge common divides and encourage uncommon connections.
In this virtual two-day workshop, you will learn how to facilitate Table Talks, Movie Night Discussions, Listening Circles, Cultural Outings, Panel Discussions, and Book Clubs.
Seats in this interactive, virtual two-day workshop are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please register for one two-day session. An email address is required to receive the link to join the workshop. Login instructions will be emailed to registered participants before the start of the workshop..

About Suzanne Haley:
Suzanne Haley inspires soul care and human solidarity through compassionate truth-sharing, awakening empathy, and activating courageous citizenship. She is the Founder & CEO of S. Haley & Associates and co-founder of Changing the Lens, a community-building movement created to dismantle internalized and systemic racism. Suzanne participates with task forces, alliances, committees, and diverse collaborative efforts to encourage, educate, request, and demand equity and justice.
