This is a class for English language learners. Improve your English language skills, explore the world of computer support specialist and learn about the skills, education and training needed to begin and advance in the IT field.  Special attention is paid to the Google IT Support Professionals Certificate program - a great next step for anyone looking to become a computer support specialist. If you're new to this program, you'll receive an email invitation to take a placement test first. This test is required for all participants.
