Explore the science behind cooking from your own kitchen in this HiTech class! Create a sourdough starter using only flour and water, and watch it grow over time and create its own wild yeast, all while learning about the science involved. All you need is approximately 1/2 pound of all-purpose flour, water, and at least a 16 ounce container to keep your starter.
Register once for all four sessions, Monday - Thursday. Register with an email address to receive an email with a link to join the online class.
