Event Details

Explore the science behind cooking and food preservation in this HiTech class! Learn about the microbiology and science behind basic foods in your kitchen and get hands on by creating your own sourdough starter, pickles, and macerated strawberries. 

Taught by a HiTech instructor. 

Register once for all five sessions, Mon-Fri. 

Registration requested, onsite registration available. Grades 6-12.
