This class is designed for English language learners who are interested in exploring the work of computer support specialists and learning about the skills, education and training needed to begin and advance in the IT field. Special attention is paid to the Google IT Support Professionals Certificate program - a great next step for anyone looking to become a computer support specialist. If you're new to this program, you'll receive an email invitation to take a placement test to determine your level. This test is required for all participants.
