Ages 6-11, allow 30 min. Two-part workshop, attendance at each is strongly encouraged.
In this workshop, students will learn the basics of drawing, including working with different shades and values and also learning how to apply them while drawing. Students will learn how to construct a value scale, apply values to a basic shape, and apply similar values to an organic shape as well. This two-part workshop will set students up for a future of artistic achievement, providing them with a strong understanding of the fundamentals and structured learning of the basics.
