Step into the fun and active world of Adult Beyond Words, an inclusive monthly class designed to spark joy and ignite the imagination of people (ages 18+) with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.

This class will give participants the opportunity to strengthen their observational and artistic skills by painting landscape's outdoors and on-site.

Listen to a version of the fairytale The Three Billy Goats Gruff and then engineer a bridge to keep the three goats safe from the troll!

Come explore the science of chemistry as we brew up some fiendishly fun slime for Halloween.

Engineer a standing, electric fan while learning motor assembly, basic circuitry, and the principles of convection and evaporation. 

This class is part of the 2025 Maryland STEM Festival.

Relax after school at Teen Spot - a space for middle and high school students to unwind with a variety of arts and crafts, activities, video games and board games. Meet other teens while having a free snack and hanging out at the library.

Take a break, breathe, and find your calm. Join us every Monday for a drop-in session designed just for teens who want a safe, relaxed space to recharge.

Calling all LEGO™ bricks fans! Receive your challenges for the day and work individually or in groups to create and engineer designs with LEGO™ blocks.

Join us for a casual D&D game, open to all experience levels, beginners welcome! Missed the first meeting? No problem--this D&D club is designed for flexibility! Ages 12+.

Join us for friendly games of Mah Jongg with players of all levels of experience.  We have both American and Asian sets available!

Learn about Día de los Muertos and sugar skulls, also known as calaveras. Sculpt a calavera using air dry clay, and return for the second class to paint and decorate your calavera. All materials provided. 

Due to increased popularity of D&D Club, we are moving to the Tech Lab (glass room across from Customer Service Desk) and will cap the number of players at a maximum of 20 on a first come, first served basis.
