Participate in The Howard County Garden Club Youth Horticultural Show! Select a plant or flower from the Enchanted Garden (or your home garden) to enter into the show. You will learn how to select and display your flower or foliage.

Ahoy, mateys! Celebrate talk-like-a-pirate-day by designing your own keepsake treasure box. Use TinkerCad to create a customized design and learn how to bring it to life with our MakerBot Method X 3D Printer.

Papel Picado is the Mexican art of paper cutting. Traditionally, tissue paper was cut with a chisel and hammer. We will use a Cricut to cut similar shapes in cardstock. Bring home your own paper cut-out. Every participant must register.

Learn from Master Gardens how to build a cold frame to either harden off plants in the early spring or to extend the growing season into the late fall. With a few tools, it is easy to construct a cold frame of your own.

Taxidermy Stuffed Animals (ages 6+) 45 minutes.
