If you are considering starting a business in the state of Maryland and would like to know where to begin, join us on February 9, 2022 at 7:00 pm to learn more.

This class is presented in partnership with the Howard County Bar Association.

Audience questions are welcome.

Kristen Lohmeyer is a business law and estate planning attorney in Howard County, Maryland. She practiced exclusively in the area of business law for 9 years before adding estate planning to her services. Kristen has assisted business owners throughout Maryland with starting, buying and selling businesses, litigating in court, drafting contracts, succession planning and providing general business advice.  In addition to advising business owners, Kristen became one herself in February 2021, when she and her sister/law partner started their own firm, Ally Legal Planning. Kristen now assists business owners with their estate planning and business succession planning needs.
