Rep Stage-Off Stage
In a special partnership with Rep Stage and Howard County Library System, Rep Stage-Off Stage presents a three-part series of "behind the scenes" discussions with theatre artists sharing their craft and process in creating a theatrical production. The conversations will be facilitated by Joseph W. Ritsch, Rep Stage's Producing Artistic Director and feature a rotating panel of artists, cumulating in a special panel discussing anti-racism (more below). These events will be presented virtually, on Thursdays at noon in July.

- July 29th: Anti-Racism in the Theatre Industry
Rep Stage-Off Stage presents a special panel discussion on anti-racism in the theatre industry. As theatres across the country respond to a call to action to dive deep into the work of anti-racism within their organizations and create an industry that truly in more inclusive and equitable, Rep Stage and affiliate artists discuss an anti-racist theatre ethos which actively reduces harm, prevents harm, and repairs relationships while acknowledging the past and re-imagining the future.
