LGBTQ+ people often experience a variety of barriers and discrimination when accessing healthcare. This webinar, presented by FreeState Justice, will begin by sharing some of these challenges and addressing why transgender people, in particular, have lower rates of healthcare utilization.

Current laws and policies will be shared with attendees regarding access to affirming healthcare. This webinar will also explore what transition and gender-affirming care looks like and offer best practices for addressing the unique health needs of LGBTQ+ people.
