Looking for an inspiring read for Black History Month? A teen librarian recommends HCLS titles highlighting the accomplishments, struggles, and suppressed voices of people of color through history in middle school fiction and non-fiction. Then take the scavenger hunt challenge to learn about a little known African American hero.
