It's time to take control! Learn practical ways to keep your blood sugar in check by managing carb and protein intake.  We explore other lifestyle changes to prevent the progression of pre-diabetes and diabetes and ways to keep blood pressure and cholesterol in check. 

In partnership with Giant Food and the Howard County Health Department.
