The Howard County Office of Consumer Protection introduces SCAMO, a fun and interactive way to learn about scams, consumer protection, and your rights. Built like Bingo, SCAMO uses games to teach instead of classroom presentations.

Drop-in to use the equipment in the A/V Studio! Record and mix music or create and edit movies with the help of a HiTech Instructor.

This painting class will teach participants about portraiture and how to work in acrylic paint. Participants will  learn techniques on enlarging using a grid, composition, lighting, under painting, brush selection, and more.
