University of Maryland Extention presents DASH: Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension – Plus Physical Activities!

Learn the DASH-Plus approach to managing high blood pressure. This series includes 8 weekly sessions (1 hour each session). Participants are encouraged to attend all 8 sessions. The sessions are free of charge, but registration for each session is required. For more details, please download the flyer in the "Attachments" column on this page.
