Join Amy Rutledge a certified meditation instructor to learn how to cultivate self love, self worth, confidence, compassion, focus, concentration, stress/anxiety relief, and help with navigating difficult emotions and change. Promote connection, community, and peace to all. Classes are 30 minutes with an intro, guided practice, then time for Q&A. Open to all levels and beginners welcome!
