 This Online class will provide an overview of the different avenues available to taxpayers to resolve their tax disputes. The presentation will be followed by audience Q&A. 

The University of Maryland Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) is an academic clinic that has been operating within the Clinical Law Offices of the University of Maryland Carey School of Law since 2011. We provide free, independent legal representation to low-income taxpayers in disputes with the IRS and/or Maryland Comptroller.
