What are “Zines”? Zines, or ’zines (pronounced “zeens”), are handmade do-it-yourself magazines that can be about any topic and are often distributed by making photocopies.
During this workshop, follow an instructor’s demonstration on how to make a zine, and create your very own zine using a variety of art supplies. Additionally, this workshop will explore the history of zines, from their roots in counter-culture and protest movements to the present day.
No experience necessary, supplies provided. Registration required.
