Recycling can be confusing rewarding and helpful to our community! Learn best practices for recycling household products yard waste and electronic parts. The Howard County Office Bureau of Environmental Services provides information about recycling at home or work. After the presentation the Howard County Master Gardeners offer a compost demonstration and provide free bins to county residents. In partnership with the Howard County Office of Community Sustainability and Howard County Master Gardeners.
