Family law is not just divorce. Family law cases are also custody and access cases, child support cases, modification cases and contempt cases.

This clinic will provide an overview of the types of family law cases, how to procedurally ensure (generally) your family law case is heard by the Howard County Circuit Court, provide basic information to assist you with your family law matter, and assist you in determining whether and when you may need an attorney. This informational session will be available virtually via zoom at the Miller Branch library. Audience questions are welcome.

David Coaxum, President of the Howard County Bar Association, will provide an overview of the services/resources offered by the Howard County Bar Association to our community.
