Parents and caregivers with children ages infant - 2 and expectant parents. <i>Registration required. Please arrive 30 minutes before presentation begins.</i> <i>Talk With Me - Howard County</i> uses the power of early interactions to build foundations for early learning. Powerful brain-building occurs in children during simple back and forth interactions from the earliest moments of life. Understand how to integrate these interactions into your daily routines. An instructor remains in the room with library toys and unstructured activities for children in attendance. (Babies remain with parents.) After the workshop take a tour of the children's section of the library. In partnership with HCPSS.
