Your body's "hardware" requires care and maintenance, from youth to your later years.  Nutrition Specialist Courtney Carpenter will offer strategies to help keep us active for each decade of our lives, and she will explain the challenges to our muscles, joints, and bones.  Ms. Carpenter will also discuss natural products, foods, and simple cooking methods to capture all the supportive nutrients you can get from a wide range of foods.  You may be surprised by which ones are on her list!
