Join the Savage Branch Library team for a community celebration!

Enjoy strolling our plaza, reading through our StoryWalk, planting a seed, playing with bubbles, and listening to music in the sunshine. Meet your neighbors and play various oversized yard games like cornhole or giant Jenga, chess, and checkers.

Head inside to cool off and choose from a variety of age-appropriate crafting experiences, such as making tissue paper flowers and construction paper flower crowns, bookmarks and buttons, and perhaps join a fun class that's in session!

Chat with staff and take selfies at our pic & props station, or if you are lucky enough to spot one of our inflatable dinosaurs (or unicorn), snap a picture with them! There’s plenty to do and lots of fun activities to engage in at the library!

(This event is rain or shine, but some activities may be weather permitting.)

This event is part of our Summer READers Celebration Series. Click here to find all the locations, dates and times!
