Come one! Come all! Bring the family and have a ball at our Enchanted Garden Carnival. Games, magic, and fun for everyone!

The Kangaroo Kids a precision jump rope team from Howard County will be performing at 6:30 pm in front of the Ellicott City 50+ Center on the library campus. 

Carnival will take place rain or shine!
