Spring into Climate Action!

This incredible Earth Day Expo is open to all ages. Our amazing Teen Action Board will be running fun and educational activities including coloring a community mural, creating solar bugs, using recycled materials to make a terrarium eco-system, and making climate-themed buttons.

The following local, environmentally conscientious organizations will be joining us for demonstrations and information sharing: Howard County Master Gardeners Compost Committee, Howard County Master Gardeners Youth Committee, The University of MD Extension Program, 4- H Outreach, Youth Climate Initiative LED Light Bulb Exchange, SOS Global, Upcycled, and the HoCo Sierra Club Zero Waste Team.

Registration required for solar bug activity and terrarium making (both ages 7 and up).
