Daily affirmations can be a useful tool to help shift your mindset to improve your life. Choose a word or phrase that resonates with you, then construct a bracelet to keep the message close at hand.  Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. All attendees must register for the class. All materials provided.
