Event Details

Identify native plants growing in the Savage Branch’s landscape and collect seeds for community sharing. Originally planted during the 2013 renovation and maintained by the Howard County Department of Facilities, this garden showcases Maryland’s native flora. 

Help us gather and package seeds to grow the Savage Branch Native Seed Library, a free resource for local gardeners. All are welcome to help; all necessary supplies will be available including gardening gloves in limited quantities.
