Is your homework usually crumpled somewhere in your backpack half-done? Do you find it hard to get started on stuff, so you wait until the last minute and end up rushing to meet the deadline or just not doing it at all? Do you lose track of time while watching TV or playing games? Do you run around in the morning trying to find your stuff so that you can get out the door on time? Do you forget about assignments, projects, chores, etc.? Does homework seem to take forever? Is it hard to learn new habits and stick with them?

Are you really trying and feel like people just don’t get that?

Good news - help is on the way! In this class series, we are going to tackle starting and sticking to a routine, time management, planning, and prioritizing, organization, task initiation, study skills, goal-directed persistence, flexible thinking, self-control, as well as how to record your progress and metacognition (how think about your thinking and adjust, if necessary).

This 1st class will be an introduction and an informal assessment of where you are now and where we need to go in future classes.

Registration will open 2 weeks before the date of the class.

If you register and find later that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration and give someone the seat!
