Chris Hobbs of the Howard County Office on Aging and Independence will address various ways to protect your personal information online. 

Issues to be covered include:

  • tips for staying safe in cyberspace
  • creating strong passwords
  • managing spam
  • recognizing email and text scams
  • when it's okay - or not - to share your personal information online.

Held in collaboration with the Howard County Office on Aging and Independence, and the Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) from the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP).
