Event Details

Prerequisite: Recommend taking Wonders of Chemical Reactions 1 ñ 3 Periodic Build or familiar with General Chemistry concepts. Study the structure and properties reactions of organic compounds and organic materials. Learn how to draw organic compounds from a chemical formula and vice versa by using nomenclature rules. Learn about the properties and structures of hydrocarbons. Experiment with making different polymers and creating aromatic compounds. Register once for all five sessions Mon-Fri. Registration required. Grades 6-12.
