OPEN TAX CLINIC

Individuals who have tax questions can speak to a student attorney one-on-one. This Tax Clinic is supported by The University of Maryland Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC).

The University of Maryland Low Income Taxpayer Clinic is an academic clinic that has been operating within the Clinical Law Offices of the University of Maryland Carey School of Law since 2011. They provide free, independent legal representation to low-income taxpayers in disputes with the IRS and/or Maryland Comptroller.
