Event Details
An instructor from My Gym teaches how various types of exercise and fitness movement helps children learn. For example: balance helps children focus and concentrate and tumbling helps with cognitive development. Participate in a skill station obstacle course game and dance. Wear athletic shoes and loose fitting pants or shorts. Ages 1-4 with adult.
