Program Description

Ages 11-18 | Walk-in | Space is limited.  Feel free to register for a reminder email. 

Mindful Monday is a judgement-free, stress-free after-school space to help students calm their minds and focus on the week ahead.

4- 4:30pm: Relax - Settle in with a quiet stress releasing exercise.

4:30-5:30pm:  Release & Focus - We'll open with a fun activity to clear limiting thoughts & negative self-talk, move on to a mind sweep or brain dump to get all those thoughts, to-dos, and projects out of your mind and on to paper, then use our brain dumps to select a few priorities to focus on for our week ahead. Bring your own agenda or journal to write/type your priority list, or use one of our organizational worksheets. 

5:30-6pm: Share out - Share a priority or two with the group, listen and get inspired, or get started with homework.
