Learn to prepare some of Africa’s most popular and unique dishes such as Fufu, Jollof Rice, Banku and Waakye. This interactive session will include a demonstration of traditional recipes and techniques using foods common in Africa such as cassava, plantain, rice, fish and meat. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions to the chef. The sharing of delicious foods is a fun way to learn how history, tradition and culture are interwoven into African foods.
