Howard County Medical Center's free community health screening offers blood pressure checks, body mass index (BMI) scores and stroke and prediabetes risk assessments as well as other resources including

  • Education on healthy lifestyle choices
  • One-on-one consultation with a nurse to review results of blood pressure, BMI and risk assessments
  • Referrals to community resources and community health education
  • Sign up for free Living Well with Diabetes classes (resource materials included)
