Health Screenings with Howard County Medical Center

Our free community health screening offers blood pressure checks, body mass index scores (BMI), and stroke and prediabetes risk assessments as well as other resources including:

  • Education on healthy lifestyle choices
  • One-on-one consultation with a nurse to review results of blood pressure, BMI and risk assessments
  • Referrals to community resources and community health education
  • Sign-up for free Living Well with Diabetes classes (resource materials included)
