Event Details

The Guggenheim in Bilbao, a landmark of modern architecture, houses an acclaimed collection of modern and contemporary art. We’ll explore works by Jeff Koons, Richard Serra, El Anatsui, and Ellsworth Kelly, and discuss how to understand and appreciate contemporary art.

Docent Lee Rubinstein holds degrees in English and History with a minor in Art History. She has led students through the Getty galleries since 2012 and founded a volunteer art program for underserved Los Angeles schools in 2007.
