Ever have trouble finding books, and other resources at your local library? In this fun, interactive workshop, students will learn and practice library skills to help them find books, databases and other resources needed for school research projects and to remain lifelong learners. Students will:
- explore tricks to efficiently navigate the HCLS website
- expand your understanding of the Dewey Decimal system
- discover tips to borrowing beyond Howard County
- participate in online & branch wide scavenger hunts to practice the skills you've learned
Laptops are provided, but students may bring their own.
