Please join us for this new quarterly series wherein we will watch films about humans, since all great stories involve great characters, and then we'll discuss them with our fellow humans.

We meet every fifth Thursday of the month (roughly every three months) at the Elkridge Branch.

The movies are available on DVD from the library collection or via Kanopy streaming service.  You can watch the movie at the library with us on Jun 29th, or watch it on your own in advance and then attend the discussion (that will take place after the screening) with your fellow humans, facilitated by library instructors.

Nov 30: Falls Around Her

"A world-famous Anishinaabe musician returns to the reserve to rest and refresh herself but finds that her fame and the outside world intrude."

This is part of HCLS' Native American Heritage Month series. Click here for the full schedule of classes and events for all ages.
