If you have ever been arrested in Maryland, you may have a criminal record even if you were not convicted. The good news is that expunging your criminal record is a relatively simple process. Meet with volunteer attorneys at no cost to learn if you qualify for expungement and fill out the necessary paperwork . Please bring copies of any relevant records or documents you may have to your appointment.
