In this relaxing program, you'll enjoy soothing music while working on simple, hands-on crafts designed to help you unwind and express yourself. Whether you're painting, coloring, or making something fun with your hands, this is your time to slow down, connect with others, and recharge in a peaceful setting.
No experience necessary—just bring your imagination and a willingness to relax. All materials will be provided.
