Event Details

The Beau Soir Ensemble is a flute viola and harp trio dedicated to the performance of standard and contemporary repertoires spanning a variety of genres. The ensemble makes classical music accessible and enjoyable by performing a wide array of music and including discussions about the pieces performed. Pieces performed will include: Two Trios, a world premiere composed for the ensemble by National Symphony Orchestra bass player Alex Jacobsen, Sonny Burnette's Cruisin’ with the Top Down and CPE Bach's Trio in B-flat Major, arranged specifically for the Beau Soir Ensemble, for the flute, viola and harp, and never performed before.
