Event Details

There are many benefits to incorporating meditation into your daily life. A certified yoga instructor will provide participants with knowledge about what meditation entails and how it can be used as a method for relaxation, to cope with stress, and gain mindfulness and self-awareness. Participants will be led through a meditation exercise that can be integrated into everyday habits.
