Join us as we move beyond blame and shame to ask, “How can we take responsibility today for a history of racial inequality we did not create?”
Common Ground Conversations Journey® is a unique approach engaging participants in the historical roots shaping today's social dynamics. This workshop weaves together empirical data, primary resources, and a compelling narrative. The focus is on understanding how laws, systems, public policies and private sector practices, across all sectors of society in the U.S., were established and have evolved over 26 generations.
Participants will leave with much-needed knowledge, empathetic understanding and a new capacity to take responsibility for the society we have inherited.
Register now and be part of the change.
Please note: due to unforeseen circumstances, our workshop facilitators will be joining us virtually.
Each session will include a 30-minute meal break. Menu includes vegan and gluten free options or feel to bring your own brown bag lunch.
