This is a class for English language learners. It focuses on essential English grammar and on the basics of writing for work and personal communication. Each class session will focus on one or two concepts of grammar and allow students to apply these grammar concepts in writing sentences, paragraphs and simple essays. This is an in-person class that meets in the Tapestry Room in HCLS Central Branch. If you're new to this program, you'll receive an email invitation to take a placement test to determine your level.  This test is required for all participants. Please email prolit@hclibrary.org for questions.
