View the artistic creations of local student Rachel Son who is enrolled with SIGNA which aims to teach hard-of-hearing students art by learning and utilizing ASL and connect diverse and remote groups within the art community. SIGNA is a nonprofit organization run by Howard County high school students. Son's work demonstrates the universality of art. Includes a Q&A discussion with representatives from SIGNA.
